Normal 0 false false false This training course is jointly organized by The Indochina Professional Training Corporation (INPRO) and Organizational Capacity Development JSC (OCD) in Hanoi from 8 June 2010 to 19 June 2010.

This is a blended course that aims at optimizing the participants' capacity for knowledge capture, self studying and application to their specific work context, and at the same time saving their learning time and costs. The offline sessions total up to 18 hours (6 sessions) and online learning time makes up to 10 days that equal to 8 hours

Course Content
The course will be divided into 6 sessions with the following topics and may be revised based on participants needs:

* Roles and skills of an HR function manager
* HR management in Business administration
* Research and HR information system. HR audits and HR planning
* Building and implementing HR strategy
* Organizational development
* Change management

Target Audience
This course is designed for those who has been working as an officer in human resource management function for at least 3 years

Participants are provided a right for assessing the online learning forum

Participants will be assessed based on the following criteria:

- Active participation in the discussion, provision of relevant points and solutions to problems raised during the course

- Timely completion and relevance of the application of skills in a group assignment

Participants will be entitled to a certificate based on their successful completion of all practical cases during both offline and online sessions.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Nam Phuong
OCD Senior Consultant
Ms Nguyen Thi Nam Phuong, OCD Senior Consultant in the area of Organizational Development, Human Resource Management, Training Management, Project Management and Management Information Systems. She is also an expert in the field of Customer Service skills, Management and Leadership skills, Consulting and Teamwork skills. Phuong has delivered numerous training programs in these areas for clients such as the Office of the Government, Ministry of Planning and Investment, Ministry of Fisheries, Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation (Vinatex), Vietnam Postal Services (VPS), member-companies of FPT Corporation, PVFC, Securities companies (VNDirect, Tan Viet and Gateway Securities), among others. In the past few years, Phuong has also been involved in major consultancy assignments in the areas of Strategic Human Resources Management, Strategy Development and Planning, Project Design, Organizational Analysis for client organizations including Comprehensive Capacity Building Program for ODA Management (Ministry of Planning and Investment), Strengthening the Capacity of Water Sector Research and Planning Institutes (a Danida-funded sector program), the Fisheries Sector Support Program, Chingfon Cement Corporation, Noi Bai International Airport Ground Service (NIAGS), FPT Corporation, to name a few.

Phuong has tutored a short course on Human Resources Management in New Castle University (Australia) and lectured in an MBA program of La Trobe University conducted in Ha Noi University (Vietnam).

Ms Phuong graduated from Odessa State University (Ukraine) and holds a Master of Commerce degree with double concentration on Human Resources Management (HRM) and Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of New South Wales (Sydney, Australia).
